About Haki Zako
Haki Zako is a programme of Tujue Haki Zetu Foundation, a company limited by guarantee registered in Kenya (Registration No. CLG-VXF29B), and is a Kenya-based human rights organization. Our mission is to make rights knowledge accessible and actionable for ordinary Kenyans through education, community outreach, and digital tools.
Nature of Information Provided
Haki Zako provides general human rights information and education. Nothing on our platforms constitutes legal advice and nothing creates a lawyer-client relationship between you and Haki Zako or any lawyer associated with our network.
While we make every effort to ensure that information is accurate, up to date, and legally sound, human rights law and institutional processes change. Information provided through our platforms should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal advice in specific situations.
If you are facing a specific legal problem we encourage you to seek support from a qualified lawyer or legal aid organization.
Haki Digital — AI-Generated Responses
Haki Digital (bot.hakizako.org) uses artificial intelligence to generate plain-language responses to rights-related questions. These responses are:
- Generated based on general legal and institutional information
- Not tailored to your specific personal circumstances
- Not a substitute for professional legal advice
- Subject to limitations inherent in AI-generated content
Haki Zako reviews and updates the knowledge base that powers Haki Digital regularly but cannot guarantee that every response will be complete, current, or applicable to every situation. Users should exercise their own judgment and seek professional support where needed.
